During the 2017-2018 academic year, the Network launched its first Middle Leadership Academy to support nine #CSU campus teams in implementing Executive Order (EO) 1110, which required the elimination of remedial English and mathematics courses. Our recent report highlights how campus teams utilized the Academy to plan and execute their responses to EO 1110 in math, explores the Academy's capacity for fostering equitable change within the CSU, and suggests that year-long leadership academies involving faculty, staff, and administrators can enhance the implementation of new policies mandated by the CSU Chancellor’s Office or campus leadership.Explore how our MLA is helping to implement system wide changes in the CSU here: https://buff.ly/4bGPc2z
