ResponsibilitiesOur Registered Nurses in Pediatrics independently perform clinical care to pediatric patients. Working with a dedicated team, the Registered Nurse provides evidence-based, high quality care to the Family Childbirth and Children’s Center at Mercy.
Requirements
Diploma/degree from an accredited nursing school (a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, or agreement to enroll within six months of employment)
Registered Nurse license to practice in Maryland or the ability to obtain a Maryland license based on timeframe of licensing board
1-2 years of pediatric clinical nursing experience
Healthcare Provider-Level CPR (BLS) certification, and NRP required
