Love this NLV location, so convenient for locals, and open late. The star dawg was great and even got a free 8th with the purchase of 2. Truly amazing prices, costs less than half of most other shops.

Great people..great service at this location. I have been a good loyal customer for a while. This is the shop to go to. Far superior service compared to strip location. Product honey bear working great for MS (for those w ms). Unfortunately I won't be coming back because of the other location. Gonna miss u Dr J and Alex your the best!Mr B

Great prices and service. Drove all the way from Boulder City and was not disappointed. Being open 24 hours is a big plus. We will most definitely be back.

Tucked nicely on MLK and Cheyenne, it's very inviting from entering. Kelly was my budtender super nice and made sure I got discounts and freebies I didn't know I had. Definitely my first spot to hit when the paycheck deposits.

I came here late on this Thursday evening/morning around 1:45am and a young man named Jacob helped me. He was not only very knowledge about the different strains, he took superb care of me in answering ALL my questions about the product. He even went the extra mile when asked how best to spend my extra 3 bucks I had on me and got me to buy some RAW cones for my room mate. I ended up very satisfied and I will most definitely continue coming here because of people like Jacob. I love how much the service staff at the NLV location knows how important it is to treat each and every customer. Excellent customer service, including the security at this location. Everyone there, the other sales people, the manager, everyone treated me above and beyond what I expected out of a dispensary. I recommend this location highly for not only locals but tourists as well, even though this one is about a 15 minute drive from the strip. Mainly because he one by the Fashion Show mall gets super busy. THANKS JACOB! And THANKS REEF AND TRYKE!!! You guys are the very best this city has to offer. Genuine customer service.

This is THE REEF location that actually caters to MMJ patients! The staff is super friendly and extremely informative. If you are an MMJ patient, you will be catered to immensely. Love you guys!

For a first time patient it was the most pleasant experience that that completely soothed my anxiety of such a new experience. I can definitely say it was a pleasant experience and is now my go to dispensary for my medication.

Rude and forgetfull I told the young lady twice my needs and was still given the wrong thing a 45 minute drive for nothing planet13 is the best location and best prices and Great customerservice and the managers at reef suck and is just as rude as the agents.my money will be spent else where .planet 13 all day

I exclusively come to this location (Located at MLK and Cheyenne) for a couple of reasons. the location is open 24 hours and has a very helpful and easy going staff (Including a super cute blonde who is the nicest person I've met). The facility is clean with good vibes and classic tunes playing all the time. security is nice and very helpful (once when it was slow I talked to a security guard for about 20 minutes after it came up we were both ex military) a few staff members seem to recognize the regulars which is always great.the only negatives I can think of are that it can get VERY busy at peak hours (but really that's not their fault)also because of the constantly changing menu it can be hard to tell if a certain strain is in stock. leafly has the menu online but it's not always up to date and the menu on the REEF site isn't always working. thankfully they do a good job at keeping popular strains in stock or getting really popular strains in. I asked about Jupiter OG (as they only had prerolls) and Girl Scout Cookies and low and behold a short while later they had them available to purchase. could be luck. but I like to think they listen to what people are looking for. if any REEF representatives are reading these reviews please contact me as I have an idea to help keep the menu online up to date.10/10

Love love love this dispensary it’s my favorite and I won’t go anywhere else because they never disappoint and they have amazing deals on cartridges every day of the week. I always get a hybrid or indica strand and I’m always happy with what I choose. Best dispensary hands 🙌🏾 down

Have been here twice, once 7/5 and just last Sunday.Dakota was my pilot on this adventure. I came in with research, ailments, ideas. He was so kind, patient, knowledgeable The improvements, overall made since my visit just days after opening, are all excellent.Many new items, and well run...(yes, times of day can affect traditional traffic ‘jams’) but, as a visitor who’s state isn’t as progressive...it’s worth the wait...As I fall in the over 50 group, I truly remember friends who did jail time for a nickel bag, or were forced to choose to volunteer for Vet Nam.I can only hope you imagine a time that less than 1 gram of (DITCH WEED) could.get you a life sentence! Savor your wait time, imagine how much fun awaits you!!

customer service is amazing! from when you walk in to when you walk out. security remembers me by name and are offly sweet!!! I come here daily for my pre rolls. Take it from someone who's gone to almost every dispensary in town they have the best prices and i still haven't found a place that beats my 10$ pre rolls yet! so with everyone being nice and being the only place with 10$ prerolls its always worth the drive to me!!
