@VerizonSupport Okay, here’s another problem. I went and ordered the remotes - had them sent to my house since that address matches the billing address for my card. I got an error, tried it again and got another error. Checked my bank account by chance and I ended up being charged for both

@Verizon you guys suggested I change my plan because I was going over in data every month, so I changed to the unlimited plan that’s $55. Ever since then my phone has been going extremely slow! I find out that my $55 unlimited plan is the lowest plan and makes my phone go slow!

@VZWSupport We went to the store to talk to them. They said they finally found the phone. Now, they wanna still charge us the $199 for my new device that I put a down payment on and paid for it to be set up. They said my phone bill will only be $28 a month. They went back on the deal.
