FRITTS Mrs. Thelma Boardwine Fritts, 76, 943 Hampton Mountain City, died Friday, July 21, 2000, at Johnson City Medical Center. Mrs. Fritts was a Tazewell, native and had lived in Johnson County for several years. She was a daughter of the late Charles James and Clara Hooker Boardwine.

Mrs. Fritts was a member of First Presbyterian Church and also attended First Baptist Church. She retired from Levi Strauss and Mountain City Mrs. Fritts was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Fritts, in 1980. Survivors include one son, Louis A.

Fritts Miami; two daughters, Jo Ann Rinehart, Mountain City, and Barbara Jean Stout, Butler; two brothers, Clyde W. Boardwine, Big Stone Gap, and Giles B. James E. Dugger 68, 924 Medical Park Drive, Mountain City, died Thursday, July 20, 2000, at Johnson City Medical Center. Mr. Dugger was a Johnson County native and a son of the late David R. and Cathrine Della Richardson Dugger.

He was a member of Bakers Gap Baptist Church. Mr. Dugger was a Korean War Army veteran. He was preceded in death by one grandson. Survivors include his wife, Mrs.

and Bessie Nell Casey Scarbrough. He was employed by John Skinner Honda, Johnson City, as a sales consultant. Mr. Scarbrough was an armed forces veteran, having served for eight years. He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
